1. Who we are

Louis & Partners Thailand ("the Firm", "we") operates this website. For matters concerning personal data collected through this site, you can reach us at info@louisapt.co.th.

2. Personal data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message content you provide, together with technical data reasonably necessary to protect the form from abuse. We collect this data to respond to your enquiry — the lawful basis under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) is the legitimate interest of responding to a request you initiated.

This website uses only essential cookies. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. How we use and keep it

Enquiry data is used solely to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows. It is accessible to the Firm’s lawyers and staff who need it, and to our email processing providers. We keep enquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary, after which they are deleted.

4. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict its processing. Write to info@louisapt.co.th and we will respond within the statutory period.
